Wiesbaden/Nuremberg – WZF (WirtschaftsgemeinschaftZoologischerFachbetriebe GmbH) and NürnbergMesse are looking forward to an international, diversified and lively new edition of the world’s leading trade fair Interzoo in Nuremberg.
Around 1,200 exhibitors from over 60 countries, including more than 250 from Germany, are registered for the upcoming Interzoo 2022 from 24 to 27 May in Nuremberg as of January. The participation of young innovative companies from Germany, supported by the Federal Government as part of a joint stand, is strong and the international Start-up Area is also in great demand. A total of seven country pavilions have been announced for Interzoo 2022.
Good conditions for a safe and successful trade fair participation
The organizer WZF and NürnbergMesse, which is assigned with the organization, are closely following the development of the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on expert statements, it can be assumed that the situation will have improved significantly by May. The sophisticated safety and hygiene concept, the provision of test capacities and the enormous size of the halls, where the air is completely exchanged several times an hour, offer suitable conditions for a safe trade fair experience with international exhibitors and visitors. More information can be found on the Interzoo website:
According to a regularly updated information page by AUMA, the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry, there are at present virtually no travel restrictions for exhibitors and visitors of trade fairs despite the currently high number of COVID-19 cases: “It is generally possible for trade fair participants from abroad to enter Germany. This also applies to exhibitors and visitors from high risk areas and for participants who have not been vaccinated against COVID-19. However, entry to trade fair grounds may require proof of vaccination with a vaccine authorized in Germany or recovery from COVID-19.”
Explore the diversity of the international pet industry on site
The personal conversation with industry colleagues, the worthwhile new business contact, the discovery of trends and inspiration for your own business – all this and much more speaks for a classic trade fair visit on site. Nowhere else can the diversity of the international pet industry be explored in such a bundled and concrete way as at the world’s leading trade fair Interzoo.
“As organizers, together with our partners, we can create the framework for an optimal trade fair experience for exhibitors and visitors,” emphasizes WZF Managing Director Gordon Bonnet. “After a time with only a few industry events, experience with all the senses is particularly in the foreground of Interzoo. The physical meeting on site turns an event into a lasting experience that is more than the sum of its parts. We are very much looking forward to sharing this experience with you from 24 to 27 May in Nuremberg and welcoming you personally to Interzoo 2022.”
